Even if it feels hard, even 5 minutes to SHAKE IT OFF - to dance and express the emotions...
E-motion is meant to MOVE.

Give your body some freeform dancing, expression from the heart.

Move from within the feeling, not the mental form, and you’ll find the freedom in your emotional state as well.

This morning my practice was dancing + singing + sunrise outside - consciously bringing joy & focus, while allowing tears & prayers for the suffering in the world. Prayers for radical seeing and heart opening and miracles of peace and working together. It’s the best way I know to keep showing up in my day-to-day.

And it works. All the time. It's why I'm so passionate about movement as medicine for body+mind+heart. Embodiment is our innate superpower of resourcing both vitality & much needed restoration in ways that effect our physical, mental & emotional selves.

Restoration & release is what we'll be enjoying in the 3rd annual Solstice Within practice. Date change for Elements of Ayurveda, Subtle Body & Tantrik Mantra Practice

So much of what's 'out there' on this topic is either disconnected from the root context or only available in a long training (or, often, both). I've been teaching advanced trainings on the yogic subtle body (teachings on the 'more-than-physical' human experience) for many years now, drawing from source Tantrik texts in the translation work of Christopher Tompkins.

I'm excited to share that Chris will be a special guest teacher for the Elements of Ayurveda, Subtle Body & Tantrik Mantra Practice January 20-21, 9am-1pm PT. This training opens The Yoga Reconnection, a journey of living Yoga, Ayurveda & Shakta Tantra for modern life. The Yoga Reconnection + the Embodied Resilience Atelier are the core modules of the Kutilaa School of Embodied Resilience 300hr Yoga Teacher Training! 🥰

Not all trainings are open to the public, so I hope you'll consider joining me for this one.
